What this package does not do
It does not reply to enquiries for you: you contact them yourself. AI follow-up and missed-call text-back are part of Graft Complete.
Straight answers
Is the ad budget included?
No. Your Graft fee covers the managed service. Your advertising budget is agreed before launch and paid through your own ad account.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. The account, the history and the budget are yours; we work in it. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you — same as the rest of our setup.
Do you take a percentage of spend?
No. Management is a published monthly fee: £345 a month for Facebook & Instagram, £595 a month with Google Search as well, or part of Graft Complete at £995 a month. Advertising budget is separate and paid through your own ad accounts.
Will you guarantee leads or jobs?
No. Demand, competition, budget and follow-up all affect results. We explain what the figures show and adjust the work.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. The service runs month to month.
