Fees, setup and term

Managed advertising is £345 a month for Facebook & Instagram, £395 a month for Google Search, or £595 a month for both channels. Graft Complete, the all-in-one service, is £995 a month and includes both advertising channels. Rolling monthly. No 12-month lock-in. Setup for the advertising packages is a one-off £295 for Facebook & Instagram, £295 for Google Search and £395 for both channels — nil where your ad accounts are already set up (a Facebook page and ad account with a payment method, and a Google Ads account with billing). Graft Complete setup is a one-off £750. Your written agreement is the authority on your actual fees, any agreed setup amount, the payment schedule and the cancellation mechanics. This page describes the standard, not your specific contract.

Your assets stay yours

Your domain, phone number, website content, Google Business Profile, advertising accounts and customer data are yours — during the service and after it ends. If we part ways, we give you access to, and an export of, everything you own. Graft’s own software and platform remain Graft’s intellectual property unless a written agreement says otherwise, so a handover covers your assets and your data rather than the system that runs them.

Ad money is your money

Any advertising budget is spent in ad accounts you can see, and is always separate from our fee. Our fee is never taken from, or hidden inside, ad spend.

What we don’t promise

We don’t guarantee rankings, lead volumes or that any AI assistant will recommend you — nobody honestly can. What we do commit to is how we report: we report only what the available evidence supports, we distinguish data that is unavailable from a genuine zero, and we tell you plainly when attribution or tracking is incomplete.
